Attorney Green graduated from Hartford College for Women in 1990 and Clark University in 1992. She received her Juris Doctorate from Western New England College School of Law in 2001. She was born and raised in Hunedoara, Romania and immigrated to the United States in 1987, prior to the fall of the communist regime.

Attorney Green began her practice of law in 2001 as a divorce and family lawyer in the Rocky Hill firm of the late Richard D. Tulisano, Esq. In 2005, she started her family law and divorce practice in West Hartford, Connecticut. In 2008 she founded CT Mediation Center, a “litigation free” family practice, with a focus and emphasis on and Divorce Mediation, Custody Mediation, Collaborative Divorce and civil mediation. Coming from a divorce litigation background, Attorney Green strongly believes that Mediation, Divorce Mediation and Collaborative Divorce are the premier methods for resolving many types of disputes with the highest integrity and dignity, and is working hard to educate people about Mediation, Collaboration and constructive conflict resolution.

Attorney Green works exclusively with couples or parties who would rather spend their energies and resources working constructively to resolve their differences rather than “winning the fight.” She helps spouses and litigants reach comprehensive, well informed agreements without the emotional and financial toll of court-based litigation. She has mediated hundreds of cases ranging from simple to complex financial matters, businesses, and high net worth cases.

Attorney Green is a founding member of the Collaborative Divorce Professionals Group and served on the Board of Directors for several years during its inception. Attorney Green is a member of the Member of Connecticut Bar Association Family Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution Division, Member of Connecticut Council for Divorce Mediation, Member of New England Chapter of Association of Conflict Resolution, Member of Collaborative Divorce Professionals Group, International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. Attorney Green serves as a Family Special Master in the Hartford Judicial District .

Attorney Green serves as a volunteer Family Special Master in the Hartford Judicial District since 2003, volunteer attorney for the Legal Advice Program in the Hartford Family Court since the inception of the program in 2009, and Volunteer Attorney Mediator for the Connecticut Bar Association Resolution of Legal Fee Disputes Program.
