Samantha Rosa
Mediation Associate
Samantha Rosa joined the CT Mediation Center in 2025. With a strong foundation in family law, she has held various roles in different litigation firms, supporting individuals and families navigate the emotional and legal complexities of divorce and related disputes.
Samantha earned her Bachelor’s Degree in English, with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies, from the University of Connecticut. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac University School of Law, where she concentrated in Family Law. During law school, Samantha was an active participant in the Mediation Clinic and served as a Sappern Fellow at the New Haven Superior Court, assisting individuals seeking Temporary Restraining Orders. She also completed multiple externships in family law settings while working as a law clerk at a boutique family law firm in Wallingford, CT.
In addition to her legal training, Samantha completed the 40-hour Connecticut Family Mediation Training, equipping her with the tools and techniques necessary to effectively guide clients through each stage of the mediation process.
Known for her calm presence and empathetic approach, Samantha helps clients move beyond conflict towards practical, mutually beneficial resolutions. She is a dedicated mediator focused on helping clients resolve disputes with clarity, respect, and efficiency. Samantha believes that mediation provides families with a constructive path forward, allowing greater control for their future and family.
