Attorney Angela I. Green began her practice of law in 2001 as a divorce and family lawyer in the Rocky Hill firm of the late Richard D. Tulisano, Esq. In 2005, she commenced her independent family law practice in West Hartford, Connecticut. During the last few years, her practice has changed to include Family Divorce Mediation, Marital Mediation or Mediation to stay Married, Collaborative Divorce and Guardian at Litem work.
Attorney Green is a member of the newly formed Collaborative Divorce Professionals Group and is currently on the Board of Directors. Coming from a divorce litigation background, Attorney Green strongly believes that Divorce Mediation and Collaborative Divorce is the premier method to resolve many types of disputes with the highest integrity and dignity, and is working hard to educate people about Mediation in general and Collaborative Law.
Attorney Green is a trained Marital Mediator. Couples who wish to save their marriage however are having significant problems, can benefit from the practical, results oriented approach of marital mediation. Marital Mediation or Mediation to Stay Married is for couples who are working to try to get their marriage back on track. Attorney Green believes that marital mediation is a constructive way to resolved resurfacing issues and a way to teach parents, couples, grandparents, family and friends to resolve conflict.
Attorney Green graduated from Hartford College for Women in 1990 cum laude, Clark University in 1992 and from The Western New England College School of Law in 2001. She was born in Hunedoara, Romania in 1968.
Attorney Green is a member of the Member of Connecticut Bar Association Family Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution Division, Member of Connecticut Council for Divorce Mediation, Member of New England Chapter of Association of Conflict Resolution, Member of Collaborative Divorce Professionals Group, International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. Attorney Green serves as a Family Special Master in the Hartford Judicial District and Attorney Mediator for Divorcing Clients at CT Mediation Center.
